Customer ServiceBased in the United Kingdom (UK) our gifts and collectables are all priced individually followed by the UK postage (shipping) costs. We are willing to ship any gift or collectable to anywhere in the world, so if you require shipping to another country please email us at: jackie@pj-gifts.co.ukPlease send your name and address along with the details of the gift you require and we will let you know the cost to ship to your address. If you live in the Nottingham area we would be more than happy to pop round to your house with any gift for you to look at without obligation. We also attend a number of Art, Craft and Toy Fairs around the East Midlands and at the NEC. All fair dates are published on Craft & Toy Fair page. |
Our PolicyGoods ordered before 5pm will be posted the next business day, goods ordered after 5pm will be posted on the second business day, after payment is received or funds cleared .All advertised products are in stock except where stated. We sell quality products from well known manufacturers and problems with them are very rare. In the event that an item turns out to be faulty or damaged we offer a full refund provided that you inform us within 7 days of receipt and then return the goods. |
